Designed as a contemporary response to modern co-living standards, Breezeways is a suburban densification project that emphasises affordability and social aspects of the household life.

With rooms designed for one, two, or four inhabitants, this series of housing units consist of both private and shared spaces. Each dwelling has access to either a backyard or balconies that allow for connections to the natural elements. The entire site is also built around a central courtyard for shared outdoor activities and a recreational strip to the west of the road with courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball.

By creating a roof garden with shared laundry and washing sheds, more internal space can be freed up, allowing residents to maximise their living and resting spaces.
