With the emphasis on constructability and a rational building approach, this incubator was designed for smaller start-up companies to interact with each other, whilst being adaptable enough to accommodate their expansion. Connected balconies and a roof garden provide spaces for resting in between work hours. The interior is also designed with an auditorium, multiple break-out rooms with operable walls, and a kitchen.
